First come, first serve, small group fitness classes (up to 5 women) held at various times throughout the week. This is a full body circuit-style class focused on endurance and weightlifting.

Community Hour sessions are intentionally offered at a reduced rate with limited spots to support accessibility and community. For this reason, all Community Hour bookings are final and non-refundable.
Cancellations, late cancellations, or no-shows will result in the session being forfeited so the space can be honored.
After booking, you’ll receive an email to complete the required participant waiver. Once submitted, you’ll receive the full address and arrival instructions.
